First interview was by phone and took around 20 minutes. I was asked the usual questions centered around my professional background and wine education experience. I was asked to recommend a Chardonnay similar to Rombauer in a different price range, and what my favorite wine was. There was a 2nd interview that took 20-30 minutes, I was asked more questions about theory, sales skills and dealing with difficult customers.
