Great informative and friendly interview. Spoke for about twenty minutes and didn’t have any questions afterwards. Everything was explained in an easy and understandable way. The culture here seems good and I believe that they are invested in the people they hire.

My interview process began with several phone and Zoom calls speaking with management and potential team members. After several interviews (virtual and in-person), the communication completely stopped, and I never heard back from anyone at the company. For a company with such high reviews, this was disappointing.

I was invited to come in for an in-person interview and was a bit surprised to be sat down in front of a computer in a small room for an 80+ question, 45-min "Network Engineer II" assessment. I felt the quiz didn't match up with what the "Customer Success Manager" job description listed as requirements but still made a point to tell my interviewer that I'm open to learning what they need even though the questions were very unfamiliar to me.
They assured me that the test wasn't really applicable to the role and that they'd still like me to talk to their hiring manager. A Zoom interview was scheduled for a few days later and it seemed to go really well. I was told I would fit right in and that they'd email me to set up a final interview with the Tech Manager - then didn't hear from anyone for 3 days.
I reached out to ask about the final interview but got a response saying "Sorry about that! We decided to go with someone else." Overall, very confusing interview process.
