They had me come in for an in-person interview. I entered the office and it was clear they had just been heavily drinking during a meeting and there were empty bottles on the table. The first partner had me read my entire resume and present my portfolio, once I finished the rest of the hiring team came in and he told me to do it again. It was clear everyone had been drinking. After explaining how important it was for me to continue my learning process and how passionate I was about certifcations another partner broke into a rant about how much they did not respect any of these industry standards using much profanity to describe just how much he did not value them.

Entrevista
I applied to an entry level job posting in 2017, for an entry level designer position that preferred a degree in architecture, and asked for 0-3 years of experience. I was contact by the executive assistant and asked to come in for an interview, and was required to take an online personality test beforehand.
The interview was with three people, two principals and the executive assistant, however one of the principals came in and out of the room periodically and was only seated for the last five minutes of the interview, which lasted about 30 minutes.
The principal leading the interview was dismissive from the beginning, he spent a majority of the interview telling me how bad he thought my portfolio was, and asking me questions only to respond with condescending remarks. I had submitted my portfolio and resume as part of my application, and it was unclear if he had reviewed it or not. He then went on to tell me I was not qualified for the job, berated me for having no interiors experience, and then told me he obviously has no plans on hiring me. After this he asked where else I applied, and then made negative comments about every firm I listed. After this he suggested that I should "maybe go work in the suburbs."
The entire experience was incredibly unprofessional and left me speechless.
