      Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela Wingify (Gurgaon, Haryana) em dez. de 2018

      Entrevista

      Applied online. Got a call from the HR the next day. She asked me some basic questions about my education background and scheduled a phone interview with one of their associates for the next day. I got another call from their associates who asked me basic questions from js,css,jQuery and it seemed more like a chat than an interview. The HR called the next day and told me I was selected for the onsite interviews. Here comes the hard part. They needed me to come down to the Delhi office on a weekday. They said they will reimburse the flight cost. I had to take a leave and fly down. What followed was 3.5hrs of different members of the team coming up, asking me the same question in js and CSS and telling me everything that is wrong with the job. It was like everyone was determined that this is the worst Possible position in the company and its crazy I am applying for it. The hours will be bad, cab won't be reimbursed,you won't get a chance to make friends, its crazy hectic, the opportunities for growth are less etc etc. I have three years IT work experience I know how support works. Anyway I felt handled it fell. Two days later the HR sends me a generic mail saying I wasn't selected. I asked for a feedback which she ignored. So in the end I got to take a leave from my job fly down to another city, waste 3hrs listening to why the job I applied for is useless, and got no feedback despite asking multiple times. Also they said they will reimburse my flight cost. Never did. All in all the most horrible interview experience I had by far.
