The first round was online coding test and I cleared that, Second round was skype interview and the interviewer was not well experienced to judge correctly. They should improve the hiring process.

1st Round: Telephonic. Design tinyUrl 2nd Round(f2f): Design related question and 1 ds question 3rd Round(f2f): 3-4 DS questions (done on laptop) 4th Round: Telephonic round with member from the product team. Team fit kind of round All the rounds were very well taken. Difficulty was moderate level. However after clearing all the rounds, the package they offered was less than what was initially discussed and they are not willing to negotiate. This was very unprofessional of Wingify. Advice: Double confirm the package with the HR before starting the interviewing process, or you will just end up wasting your time.
