1) Screening round with HR over the phone 2) a video call via MS Teams with the Hiring Manager 3) Next, I was told that there will be a panel interview 4) wrap up with Hiring Manager.
Unfortunately, my experience was quite traumatizing. The hiring manager entered MS Teams video interview, and once saw me, he forced my camera to switch off. I was in shock and I couldn't collrct myself for a while as I dressed up respectfully for the interview.
He wasn't eager to talk to me and asked about things that are not in the job description, such as my international experience just to conclude that he doesn't need it.
Traumatizing.
