Very short and simple. Only needed the correct documents and registration with BOF. No drug screening (very odd). Management, at the time, wasn't very friendly but i was more qualified than the rest and friendly so I was hired. The background process took the longest to come back. I started right away with no extra training which I thought was weird. I was thrown to the wolfs and felt unprepared.
