Applied through a career fair. Got an email after a couple of days. Scheduled the first interview for the same week. Told me I would be contacted within a couple weeks and was for a 2nd interview. Asked some technical questions and some non technical questions. Ended up giving me an offer.

Met at a job fair then reached out through email to arrange the first interview. Had a second interview several weeks later for a different position and was not told. Overall, management was very pleasant but did not follow through with prompt feedback or return calls. Even when the second interview was arranged, it was weeks later. Prepare for a slow process, though they have great career paths and great travel options.
