You are given 20-25 minutes to answer the interview questions they ask you in writing. You are then given another 5 minutes to explain why you are interested in the position you applied for. Afterwards you sit in front of a panel (RN, PCT, Supervisor) to discuss resume, references, and answer your questions that you wrote down.
