I applied online, and after a couple of days, I went up to the store and talked to Asissten's manager after that I had a phone interview, an in-person interview (situation-based), a background check, and got the offer.

The interview process went smoothly. The manager asked several questions combining behavioral and situational scenarios, focusing on my problem-solving skills, teamwork, and ability to handle challenges effectively in real-life situations.
