The interview was fair and asked the standard behavioural and situational questions (there are about 6 to 8 of them). There were two interviewers: the hiring manager and a Human Resource personnel. So, if you prepare well and reframe your mind to think positive, you can certainly acquire a clerical job withing the Division. One more note to add: there are specific interview questions related to the organization in which the answers can never be found online unless you have worked at an entry-level clerical position within (or unless, you know someone from the inside). All in all, I'd give the job interview questions an 8 out of 10 for its practical questions and rationality.
