Entrevista
Sat in a meeting room with 2 people. They basically explained the duties (playing down how much cleaning and garbage duty you would do) and then asked if you had any questions. It wasn't much of an interview. You were basically hired if you got called in for it.

Entrevista
you can email in or drop off your resume, if selected you're called in for a interview. The interview is largely just a sit down chat outlining the duties of the job and their expectations, along with an opportunity to ask any questions you have. The interview is somewhat relaxed and the questions are very hard, as the job isn't exactly rocket science.
