Great experience and learn so much things. They check communication skill, technical skill and most presentation skill. I thing that is the common factor which they evaluates the candidate. overall great experience.

First round would be l1 interview where they will be assessing technical efficiency
Second round would be client roundthis was for tlm developer position

Good process with three levels of interview L1 technical, L2 technical + managerial and then HR discussion. The role was for a Java Developer with SBI client. The question difficulty was easy to moderate.
