Sat with DM at table in Costco. He asked me about my experience and explained.to me the pay structure. He then offered me the job on the spot and submitted new hirepaperwork .
There were 2 interview stages, one was done virtually with the higher up managers and one was done in person at the Costco location I had applied to. All the questions were pretty typical and the process was not difficult.

Entrevista
Really basic phone interview and then a sit down interview that was more of a formality. They are really not picky at all with who they hire as I found out what kind of people they were hiring as my coworkers. Not impressed.
