This was a group interview with multiple applicants and three managers. Candidates were assessed on their communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills as they responded to various questions from the managers.

It was not a long interview. Store manager asked mainly about previous experience, asked me to cell anything in the room, if I am okay with the way company pays (base salary +commission)
