The recruiter was very kind, communicative, and professional throughout the process, and the pair programming session didn't go well. However unfortunately, I didn’t continue to the next stage of the interview process afterward.

A comunicação por parte da recrutadora foi falha. A entrevista foi remarcada sem aviso prévio e, no momento reagendado, ela não conseguiu conduzir a conversa com o devido foco, pois estava cuidando de uma criança.
O processo levou 4 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Wise.

The worst interview that I have ever. Recruiter didn’t mention the 3rd stage was actually a technical interview. I thought it was a competency interview based on the email stated. After that, I’ve got the case study that I put a lot of time preparing for it and have been told that I’ll need to present it in the 5th round interview. But it turned out I didn’t have a chance to present it. Instead, the interviewers asked some random questions like ‘who is your favourite Data Engineer?’ The questions were unclear and unrelated to the role.
