I had a disappointing experience with the recruitment process. My initial recruiter interview was postponed by the recruiter on the day it was supposed to happen. After rescheduling for the following week, I joined the call on time, but the recruiter did not show up. I also sent an email to check if everything was alright, but did not receive any response. Two days later, I received an email saying the position had already been filled, along with a note that they had spent time reviewing my profile and would like to stay in touch. Not the best process, but still like the company and their mission.
