No HR representation at the interview. It was done by team lead and member of the team I was applying. Very friendly and easy-going interview. In the e-mail inviting to the interview they said there's going to be a skill test, however at actual interview I wasn't formally tested.

The 2nd interview with the leaders was kinda rushed, they seemed uninterested and didn't ask me about skills that were described in the job ad. One of the leaders interrupted me often, even though the interview was not late, and asked me about things it wasn't even mentioned in the job description. Overall, I have already conducted another interviews with Wise, but for this position it did not seem consistent with the initial description of the job and it seemed that the leader was already leaning towards another candidate, not offering me a fair and complete interview. disappointing experience, but would try again for another position because it's a good company.
