Irrelevant question were asked and job fetching is easy. Because of hire and fire policy most of the time recruitment goes on. They attract with good salary but fire before 1 year so that the bonus/ variable can be saved by the company

Good and technical round will be great enough to filter once talent out. Overall great place to work and learn and to grow a great career. Interview will be driven in 3 rounds Technical mock test, face to face interview and followed by HR if qualified on the first 2 rounds.

They only dont know about SAP and they do recruiting, the recruiting is very worst process. The way they speaking is like village people came to city and started learning english they speak the same with clients
