I spoke with a wonderful HR person, Kari, who walked me through the position. She shared information on the company, the benefits, and what my day would look like. She then asked me a few questions to determine where I was in my technical understanding and where I'd fit in the team best. Since the specific project they were hiring for requires a lot of analysts and technicians, she moved things along very quickly. By the end of the day, I got an offer. She was one of the best HR people I've worked with in a long time, very communicative, consistent, and friendly. The only reason I didn't move forward with this position was another job popped up out of the blue that allowed me to be internationally remote. I definitely would recommend this company overall based on this experience though.
