Sent cover letter and resume. Had 2 phone conversations with management before coming in person to interview. Met most of the team (4 people at the time while they were growing). Interviews were thoughtful, non-abrasive, and conversational. There was a small project related to my role in the last step before references were called.
I was applying for a role that was not slated to open for about a month, so my interview process was longer than most. Typically they seem to be relatively quick.
