I invested a lot of time interviewing with Wisk, reaching all the way to final rounds with a promise of an offer. Unfortunately, the end of the process left me baffled. After multiple in-depth conversations and what I felt were positive exchanges, I got an automated rejection. To add to the confusion, they ultimately hired someone who didn't have direct experience in contingent workforce management, but rather in a related MSP program management role.
Overall, it wasn’t a great experience from a candidate perspective, especially given the lead on and lack of follow-through by the Wisk team. It was also a bit disappointing that they hired someone who was extremely junior to the experience I would had brought to the table. It just felt like a mismatch in expectations and communication in the end.

Questions had been pretty standard in exchange. More feeling and culture fit of an interview vs. being a STAR or situational-based scenario interview questions.
