The interview was confusing at first because the director had me asking all the questions. The questions I asked though were met with some alarming answers such as required amount of contacts per day, which was stated to be none, maybe 30-50. I also was curious what dialer they used and the marketing director did not know what this software was. It seems the interview format was some form of test without context to see if I could ask questions and close a conversation. I feel I dodged a bullet with this organization who most likely treat intake as mindless drones when they are the ones who directly increase revenue by converting potential clients. Also I am appalled by the lack of communication after 2 interviews and met with silence.
