The interview process was via phone with the marketing hiring coordinator of Wize. Simple 30 minute interview and received an offer right away following the interview. Great process and well organized.

Recorded and submitted a 10-15 minute teaching sample on a topic and candidate bio video. Was given 10 days to prepare a teaching demo and submit. Instructions were clear and helpful. The hiring manager / recruiter was responsive during the process, until after the submission/interview never heard back from the company or him other than that they had "roadblocks". Inconsiderate of candidates time and efforts. Still havent heard from them 5 months after successfully submitting audition.
