They contacted me through LinkedIn, overall was a good experience, had a 1st interview with a guy from talent, they asked me the average questions, years of experience, background, tools, salary expectation. Had a second interview with 2 leads of design and I had to present a project it took 1 hour, and lastly cultural fit interview.
In the 1st interview they told me the process required 3 interviews and a possible 4th if client requires it, but they asked me for an interview to have a " 1 hour challenge" to determine the level of seniority, that was something that we didn't discussed at the beginning, normally the technical interview helps to determine that, I wasn't comfortable to have another 1 hour meeting when I have to do some under pressure work, because none of the good companies work like that micromanaging you or watching you while you are working, that was a red flag for me and I gave up to the process.
Should improve your hiring process to avoid candidates to waste their time.
