Meet with the CEO of the company for first interview which was off. (Usually you meet with HR or hiring manager first but oh well). Asked a lot about previous experience but when I mentioned anything about previous work experiences the CEO would say "hmm interesting, I didn't know you had experience with that". Almost as if they didn't read the resume. (which is fine im sure they have more interesting things to do than that.). CEO was also late to interview so I was waiting for him for around 20 minutes before he showed up.
