Honestly one of the worst interview experiences I have had. First I got an interview with HR represantative, just from his tone I could see he is not interested at all and I might as well stop trying. Asked questions that are not relevant for the post. Received no offer, however applied for another post at Wolt - same HR guys sent me an invite for an interview week later, just to cancel it later saying something like “ its with a heavy heart I have to inform you that the vacancy is cancelled” - yet I still see it heavily advertised all around the internet and linkedin. This was just a ridicoulous experience.

Entrevista
It is a four levels process, where the first is a phone interview, the goal is to determine the initial compatibility and information, the second is 30 to 45 minutes interview on google meets with the team lead to get familiar with the role and expected responsibilities plus to dive into you experience the third is a homework which you have to present later and fourth is an one on one interview with the department manager

Good first impression but very bad experience.
First round was a phone call from the recruiter, a week later had a second interview with team leader via Zoom. Third interview with department manager took place at the company's offices, had to prepare a presentation for a long assignment that took 4-5 hours to prepare. Total process took 3 weeks. Never heard back from them!
