I talked to the initial recruiter, then once I passed that level another recruiter. Then I was sent to the hiring manager for a phone interview. After I passed that level, I had three peer interviews on the phone. Once I passed that round, I met the hiring manager.

Most of it was behavioral questioning - "a customer is being difficult, here's the situation what would you do?"
It was good and relatively informal. They asked questions about my background and relevant sales experience. 3 rounds of interviews, the last one being a group setting. They asked for two references as well.

Very professional and straight forward. Great company to be part of and interesting projects. Interviews are 2-3 stages and engaging. I suggest preparing before the interview and the job profile.

Very thorough but fair. Multi layered through the ranks of the organisation, starting with hr manager, the peers, then manager, the global management. Was encourage by the external recruiter to prep success stories and question to ask. Good tip.
