Two people conducted the interview. There were several questions regarding intimate partner violence, advocacy, and general social services.
I didn't get an offer, but they called in a timely manner to thank me, encourage me to apply again, etc., which is (sadly) more than many employers bother to do. I would recommend people apply here; I'll apply again--they have a great reputation in town as both an employer and service provider. The pay grades aren't spectacular, but aren't unreasonable as far as non-profits go. While I wish I had gotten the job, of course, the interview process was not awful and was good practice for my job hunt.
