I applied online. There were a few slides of info that I had to read and take mini quizzes on. At the end there was a mock assignment that I completed and if they like your work they'll email you. After they emailed me, I completed a short survey about my availability and experience related to each of the available positions. They also emailed me small projects during this for me to make money while I waited to be put into a specific position. I earned $30 just from taking a short (EASY) quiz and doing another fake assignment which overall took maybe an hour tops. My only complaint is that it took awhile between sending in my application, getting the additional emails, and ultimately being selected for a spot. I am currently waiting to be put into a position and I applied around two weeks ago.
