It was very welcoming, asked questions about my previous experiences. I was invited with cheerful smiles. Theres a one page worksheet that i had to fill in, to test my understanding and my knowledge on the field im going to teach.

- Interviewed by boss/principal - Asked about past experience, why I wanted to join - Was told there are many others who want this job - Made racialised comments - people of a certain race tend to be better at english, in fact all of their staff are of this race - Was told by boss/principal that she is very anal about work done by professional teachers/curriculum designers
