Entrevista
Technical panel ask theoretical questions like define ACID principles, what are arrays etc to 7 year old experience guy.
Once u clear all technical rounds than the confused director ask questions about personal life. Post clear this round the uneducated CTO/ co founder interviews you on the basis of communication skills.
Other cofounders are inhumane to the extent of exhalation.

Entrevista
Brief, quick, not very thorough. The interview was done over the phone in about 20 minutes. The interviewer was not very present and seemed distracted. Their questions were all over the place.
