Sent a virtual interview for me to record answers to my questions. No feedback or human contact. It's ridiculous to have candidates invest time in something and then give no response whatsoever. Interviews are supposed to be for both sides.

i have given interview twice for different roles, i got rejected in one and accepted in the other. the interview process relatively depends on who is taking your interview. in my case first it was the Indian management and they took 1 Video interview round followed by an excel test and the interview. they asked questions which were more on the data side and less research based. the other interview in which i got selected was taken by the non Indian management and these were straight 4 rounds of interview and the questions were related to all aspects like data and research and a bit of market knowledge, also they made sure i am comfortable at the first place.
