It was super chill - all the usual interview questions. They asked about my last job, how I dealt with a difficult customer, and why I want to work at Wood Ranch. It was 3 rounds so expect it to take a few weeks.

The interview process was very straightforward and thorough. I felt they asked pretty standard questions in terms of restaurant interviews. Make sure you come prepared for any questions they’ll ask. I interviewed with two managers the first day and they asked me to come back and interview with the general manager and they were the one that hired me.
