Very brief interview process: I initially heard back through email, then proceeded with a phone prescreen and a Zoom interview. The recruiters I got generally seemed disinterested in what I had to say. I thought I was applying for a CYC position, but their line of questioning is very ECE-based. It's odd that they advertised for a CYW but kept asking ECE-lead questions. As someone who has been in both fields, I can tell you that the work CYC/CYWs do is vastly different than ECEs.
