The interview process started with a phone interview with the Senior Probation Officer. This interview was just basic interview questions and a few job-specific questions. I then had a panel interview with all the probation officers. This was a more in-depth interview. It is a smaller office, and you can tell the officers not only want the right person for the job, but also someone who will work well with everyone.
