The interview is very misleading to what the job will actually entail. Interviewed for the Spa ‘Concierge’ role and the offer email called the position “Spa Attendant”. They said the roles would be the same, but there are clearly two different roles when you begin orientation. So which is which then? They admit they can’t keep someone in the position in the interview because people say it’s “more than they anticipated” and there is little information given in orientation. They are nice enough in the interview but the staff doesn’t seem friendly or welcoming. Overall the interview is very misleading and they seem to be sugar coating what the real job and work environment is like.
