Entrevista
The first meeting was a call with their recruiter where she asked general screening questions. Then I met with the Leader for an hour-long interview. The format was conversational and easygoing. Then I met with the current team who asked a more structured set of questions. Lastly, I had to complete a small assessment on Zoom. They discuss results in real time.

It was a 3 round interview. I interviewed first with the hiring manager, one with the department head, and one with two other employees within the team. They were asked basic interview questions with additional follow up.
