You would have to go through quite a few levels and/or types of interview in order to get shortlisted to the final. It began with a basic email interview (sent through to an overseas office), then another email interview and phone interview with the local HR staff (who’s stationed at the local office). They would then decide whether or not to put you through to the final. The questions asked for all stages were very thorough and it did seem like they are being extra careful.

First-round involved a short phone call interview with HR followed with a series of email exchanges. HR was friendly and transparent on the interview process and expectations. Second-round - interview with Team Leader
