The process involved two stages. The first was an informal online chat with the department manager, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The second stage included a prioritisation task and lasted around an hour and fifteen minutes. I was not offered the role and, unfortunately, received no feedback afterwards, which felt disappointing given the time and effort required for the process.
