Applied in November of 2018 , online via the WOW Careers Website. Received an text message a week later requesting that i complete a personality / suitability quiz. A week later was sent another email detailing that i had been selected to follow through to the next step which was a phone interview with HR. Phone interview with HR was very relaxed , just confirming that your answers whilst picking a time for the phone interview were correct. Heard back a couple hours later via email that i had an in-store interview with the manager two days later. Went for the interview which was also very relaxed basically asking about my work history , transport and availability ect. However was unsuccessful , but still very pleased overall with the interview experience , was efficient and would recommend anybody to apply.
