group interview, was pretty easy, a lot of people, just had to make sure you actually spoke and contributed and emphasised that you provided good customer service or had experience

The AI interview was so terrible. I honestly couldn't understand how it evaluated me or what the criteria even was. If you have to take it, don't take it too personally. It's just a broken system.
