HR filter call was 20-30 min on day one. Day two was 45 min interview with CIO. CIO asked pre-noted questions and typed in her notes as spoke. I was able to get a few reads from the interview. Read one, I sensed the disinterest rather quickly from CIO. Read two, the CIO was new and was bringing a whole new approach. I sensed the new approach was going to be aggressive by the way the CIO referred to their current culture. Read three, the CIO is not going to be easy to work for.
