I was notified that I would have a phone interview after about 2-3 weeks after I initially applied. It was very standard and nothing very difficult was asked. Then I was invited for a group panel interview, consisting of 4 interviewers and 3 candidates (It was hard to gauge how well the interview as going). After this almost 2 hour interview, they called to invite some candidates back for another panel interview. The culture is pretty laid back considering how formal the interview process is. Looks like a fun place to get involved with consulting.
