The interview process was the most buttoned up experience I have ever had. Thier recruiter communication was world class. The recruiter laid out the process clearly to set expectations and delivered a detailed schedule next steps and progress. Each Interview invitation had a detailed agenda to keep things on track and set expectations for what to prepare. Kudos to that team. It speaks volumes for how Work & Co operate.

Overall, everyone was kind and patient when asking thoughtful questions. The last interview was tough, as it was hard to read the design partner.
