I like that the video assessment could be completed in my own time and that I wasn't required to take time off from work to complete. The Thrive skills assessment wasn't exactly clear. The data advised that I had scored 'averagely' but the feedback confirmed that I had scored highly? I'm unsure whether this is a fair way to assess a candidates potential if the results from the data isn't accurate.
