I started the process with an interview with a 3rd party recruiter, she then recommended me to the WorkMoney team and my 2nd interview with the hiring manager was set up. The recruiter talked me through the process. I went on to have a 3rd interview with a peer of the hiring manager. A 4th interview was set up with a leader of another team before finally a 5th interview with the CPO.
Overall, the month long process is kind of typical these days. During the same time I was interviewing with another company that had very poor communication whereas WorkMoney's recruiter was in constant contact with me so that I fully understood the process.
I think there is an opportunity to cut this process down by a couple of weeks and maybe limit it to 3 interviews which I believe can be totally adequate, I'll likely bring this up once I'm settled in!
