The hiring and interview process consisted of an initial phone screen with a recruiter, then a 30 minute phone screen has conducted with the person hiring for the position (i.e. the hiring manager). When the onsite round of interviews was held, there were 4 different individuals for between 30-45 minute sessions each.

Off the shelf questions and a presentation. it was all so out of a mba program book on how to do things. Lame. Easy to blow through and very simple to get past.
