It was a phone interview, I like the way they contacted with me and arranged a interview. I felt they are professional. I was surprised that they didn't ask me technical questions for the first interview. I got result after a week.

Entrevista
Very courteous, thoughtful and coordinated. Very much an enjoyable experience. Apparently I was not what they were seeking. And a request for feedback was ignored. I have plenty of experience, but due to coding in a solo environment perhaps lacked the team software skills to start immediately. Too bad, the current hiring process to far too pro forma and will miss out on creative types like myself who dared risk going out on their own.
