It took me one year on the interviews because the role was put on hold twice. The interview panels were friendly and you won't feel any pressure while talking with them. However, during the past whole year, they always make you feel like you're going to be hired, so it potentially gives you overconfidence. After the second hold, they told me they lost my behavioral score in their database but they still keen to hire me. So I had to re-sit the interview. Just like I said I was too overconfident to prepare for the last round. I failed! Imaging of it as a dating with someone for a year and suddenly she told you she was going to broke up with you ---- that was how I feel on that day when they told me the final decision.
